Transfers are coming!

Dear Family,

Well it's great to hear that you all had a pretty good week.  The new central air system sounds like it is pretty dang cool (literally) and should be awesome not having to move the air conditioner in and out.  Also glad to hear that Nicole had a great time at girls camp, although I'm still trying to grasp the thought of Nicole starting to drive.  I know she'll do great, but just weird to think the day has already come!

Secondly HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!  Thank you Dad for all you and mom have done in helping to raise us in the light of the gospel, for helping us and teaching us to become who we are today, and for the support and encouragement you've given, and for the many great experiences our family has shared, especially all the great vacations we've had.  I'm glad you were able to enjoy fathers day over there and enjoy a nice dinner with everyone. Thank you again.

Things over here have been okay this past week.  We are officially in rainy season now, and its rained just about every day this past week.  It's been really nice to kind of keep the heat down, but on the flip side the humidity and flooding have gone up, but for the time being I'm still enjoying the cloud cover rather than straight up baking in the sun.  Also this week Brother Marlon was confirmed, as he wasn't able to last week as we had an area broadcast.  So it was great to have that done and to see the smile on his face afterwards.  This week we have been working with some of our less active/part-member families and finding new people to teach through them.  It has been great experience so far as we have been able to begin teaching some of the other members of their families and so far they have all been willing and excited to learn more about the restored gospel.  One of which attended church Sunday and when we taught her later that evening she shared a pretty cool spiritual experience, and basically said that she learned more from sitting in one sacrament meeting with us than she had with attending several times with other congregations.  She also noticed that she felt different as the speakers spoke, and how during the talk of one of the High Councilmen, she was really touched by his statements about father hood and the family.  Other than that Elder Terante and I are trying to finish off this transfer strong, as I'll probably be transferring this next Wednesday, which means my email next week will be on Tuesday.  Elder Terante has been pretty sad though to think that I'll be transferring, but hopefully he doesn't get to down on himself if it happens.

Well I hope you all had a great Father's Day, and that this coming week everything continues to go well and every stays in good health and can continue to enjoy their summer break.

Love you lots,
Elder Chayce Campbell
